What Is Child Sexual Abuse
It is important that you understand what CSA is for you to know when to act.
When an adult or more powerful child/young person uses their influence to involve a child in sexual activity of any kind
This includes but not limited to:
- Kissing or holding in a sexual manner
- Exposing sexual body parts
- Making obscene calls, texts, emails or remarks to a child or young person
- Fondling
- Penetration of a body part or item
- Oral sex
- Rape
- Incest
- Showing pornographic material
- Having a child perform in a sexual manner
- Forcing a child to watch a sexual act
- Child prostitution
